  • You’ll find a refreshing and supportive working environment, where we are keen to get the work/life balance right.  Fee earners can choose to start at 8.30am , 9.00am or 9.30am finishing at 4.30pm , 5.00pm or 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
  • As well as statutory bank holidays we offer 23 days paid holiday, rising to 25 days.
  • We provide onsite training for our fee earners, allowing them to accrue their 16 points for CPD.
  • We provide sponsored development, after a qualifying period, for relevant professional qualifications.
  • The firm actively promotes from within; there are plenty of examples where employees have progressed from junior roles to management or partner level.
  • We offer competitive salaries coupled with a simple and easy to understand bonus scheme for our fee earners.  Bonuses are uncapped and paid monthly.
  • Private healthcare for fee earners and management roles after a qualifying period.
  • Referral scheme for conveyancing and personal injury claims.  Employees are encouraged to refer friends, family and associates to the firm in return for gift vouchers.
  • Assisted conveyancing after a qualifying period, you only pay for disbursements.
  • A £1,000 payment for each fee earner you introduce to Scott Rees, who goes on to be employed.
