We believe that our people work more effectively when they work as part of an integrated team. Having created the teams, each with their own specialisms, our case managers work together providing a seamless and effective service for our clients.
Every case we accept is assessed by one of the partners. Depending upon a number of factors such as complexity, circumstances and the different team skill sets, it is passed to one of the team leaders.
The team leader allocates cases to the most appropriate team member to manage. Our IT system has safeguards built in to prompt case handlers to refer any potential problems to their team leader.This means cases are managed in the most efficient and timely manner possible, all of which helps us to resolve cases more quickly and has led to our extremely high success rate.
